No. We follow strict guidelines of academic integrity, and therefore don’t write for our clients. Our business is editing and writing instruction.

At Writer Wiz, we love university writing centers. In fact, many of us worked at writing centers during our graduate student years.

However, our work at Writer Wiz is fundamentally different from that of a typical university writing center. While writing centers focus on early-stage writing activities such as brainstorming, outlining, and drafting, Writer Wiz works with students during ALL phases of the writing process. We do line-by-line deep editing, proofreading, style formatting, and even help with document submission. In other words, we are a professional academic editor involved in all aspects of the writing process. If you work with us, we will help you raise the level of your writing to meet the standards of your academic discipline.

Absolutely. One of our specialties is working with international, or ESL, clients. We’re constantly experimenting with better and more efficient ways to teach academic writing to ESL students. Members of our editing staff speak English, Mandarin, and Spanish.
